For every child, the creative aspect is as important as gaining subject-based knowledge. In respect, art is mandatory for all classes up to Grade 5.

To teach co-curricular skills, Music & Drama is also a subject part from Grade I onwards. The students learn to sing, dance, and act under the supervision of professional faculties of the school. The children not only develop other skills with academics, rather through these activities they can find their newer selves and explore their diverse potentials.

Physical education is an integrated part of education. Darland has physical education in all the Grades. The school promotes healthy living and also helps students discover their strengths in different sports. Students of Darland regularly take part in various inter-school and national championships.
